📜 Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the operator and users of the internet services operated by Fit System.
Article 2 (Effect of Terms)
These Terms take effect upon notification to members at the time of membership registration.
Fit System may change the content of these Terms, and the changed Terms take effect upon public notice.
Changes to the Terms are published on the website homepage.
Article 3 (Rules Other Than Terms)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall follow the provisions of applicable telecommunications laws and other related regulations.
Article 4 (Formation of Use Agreement)
By clicking the agreement button at the time of membership registration, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 5 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
- Member: a person who has entered into a service use agreement with Fit System
- ID: a combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by Fit System
- Password: a combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to protect their online privacy
Article 6 (Application for Use)
Membership registration can be applied for by filling out the online registration form.
Applicants must register using their real name and may only apply for one ID.
Article 7 (Approval of Membership)
Fit System will approve the membership application immediately and allow use of the service.
Article 8 (Rejection and Forced Withdrawal)
Applications may be rejected if the applicant uses another person's identity.
Membership may be forcibly terminated if false information is found or inappropriate content is posted.
Article 9 (Suspension of Service)
Fit System may suspend service in the following cases.
- When unavoidable due to equipment maintenance
- When a telecommunications service provider suspends services
- When any other reason arises that prevents the provision of services
Article 10 (Obligations of Fit System)
Fit System shall do its best to provide services continuously and stably.
Fit System shall take every effort to maintain security of members' personal information.
Article 11 (Protection of Personal Information)
Fit System collects the minimum information necessary for service provision.
Personal information provided shall not be used beyond its purpose or provided to third parties without the user's consent.
Article 12 (Obligations of Members)
Members must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and notices from Fit System, and must not interfere with its operations.
Members may not engage in commercial activities using the service without prior approval.
The following acts are prohibited.
- Fraudulent use of another member's ID
- Acts for or related to criminal purposes
- Acts that defame or insult others
- Acts that infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Hacking or spreading computer viruses
- Any acts that interfere with the stable operation of the service
Article 13 (Deletion of Posts)
Fit System may delete posts without prior notice if they violate Article 12.
Article 14 (Rights and Obligations Regarding Posts)
All rights and responsibilities regarding posts, including copyright, belong to the member who posted them.
Article 15 (Prohibition of Transfer)
Members may not transfer, gift, or pledge as collateral the right to use the service or any position under the use agreement.
Article 16 (Termination and Restriction of Use)
Members wishing to terminate the use agreement must apply at least one day before the desired termination date.
Fit System may restrict re-registration for a certain period after withdrawal.
Article 17 (Disclaimer and Compensation)
Fit System shall not be responsible for the accuracy or reliability of information posted by members.
All responsibility for damages caused by careless management of member IDs and passwords lies with the member.
If a member violates these Terms and causes damages to Fit System, the member must compensate for all damages.
Article 18 (Resolution of Disputes)
Fit System and members shall make every effort to resolve disputes arising in connection with the service amicably.
If a lawsuit is filed due to a dispute, it shall be under the jurisdiction of the court overseeing the location of Fit System.
These Terms are effective as of May 1, 2019.
